spot mobile +2 weeks and old number missing on a port? north miami beach Florida
weeks ago saw that unlimited service was available and could keep the old number now, with weeks of excuses and no results, the old number is disconnected, no sign of it coming back, the service was already paid for and still no original number
according to the person who answers the phone listed here, alleged spot mobile executives gigi and a director of operations said they will call later in the day multiple times and have never called to date every time a request to speak to the ceo charles is made, he was said to be out of town
it sounds like everyone there works near each other (feet away?) which may concern some people that they could be a boiler room operation, hopefully not, the phone number needs to be returned, but instead of all sorts of esculation promises are being made
they made complaints that its multiple other phone provider issues and not their fault this is not being taken seriously as it is taking weeks instead of the minutes it should take to get a number transfered this is unacceptable how does the fcc allow them to operate like this?
