SPRING AIR BED WARRANTY IS A RIP OFF - IT IS NOT TRUE
I bought a $700 Spring Air "Four Seasons Estate" bed set & frame @ Bedroom Superstore @ 4377 West Bell Road in Phoenix, AZ 85023 602.439.0013 (of course, now disconnected).
I believed I should be liberal in spending this because I sleep 1/3 of my life. I filled out the "five year warranty" card in case something (I didn't expect) would happen. It is a queen set.
Suprise! After 1 1/2 years of owning it my back started really hurting when I slept (Feeling the mattress had no support, was concave & bending my back when I slept).
An independant Technician assigned by Spring Air performed some measurements & reported them to: Spring Air 602.269.8367 in Phoenix, AZ.
I spoke with Pam, & left messages with her Manager Jerry LaFever. (The bed's cushions had no support & always cave in when sleeping on it, in a concave fashion, *Very* painful when sleeping, feels like a knife in the back) . I called 847.297.5577 (Corporate office) they just blew me off, & ignored me.
I never heard back from the manager, & Pam stated the measurements were normal. I went to a Chiropractor, & the Doctor did X-rays, said "Do not sleep on that bed anymore."
In the end? I have to buy another bed, because they won't honor the warranty! Sure does look bad for the consumer, Spring Air, AND my finances!
I don't know what to do next. This is trash service not standing behind a product or warranty and I'm not going to take it!
