Sprint, Linkline ripoff deceptive company did not pay that money to be sent two broken phones City Of Industry California
This is really about Linkline, the company that Sprint contracts with for their replacement service. For $4.00 per month, you can have your phone replaced with a phone of like kind and quality if you lose it or if it is stolen. That is a laugh. I lost my phone. I had been paying the $4.00 per month for at least 18 months. Linkline graciously agreed to send me a replacement phone, but first I had to give them my credit card number so they could charge me the $35 deductible. That would have been fine, but they sent me a broken replacement phone. I called them and they graciously sent me a second replacement phone. It was also broken. By then, I had enough, and I called Sprint who, to their credit sent me a new phone. But, the Linkline people, A girl first, then a super by the name of Patrick # 3907, refused to have my $35 deductible credited even though I received no satisfactory replacement phone. Patrick told me that his super, Rick, would call me within 2 working days. Naturally, no call was ever received. If you pay a premium and a deductible, you have a reasonable expectation to receive what you have paid for. I did not pay that money to be sent two broken phones. Elaine Pasadena, California
