Sprint Nextel Ripped Us Off Reston Virginia
We've had a Sprint phone since 2001. When we recently found out Sprint sponsors cruel rodeo events (similar to the treatment of animals in dogfighting), we tried to port the number. But, Sprint said the contract does not end for another year. I have never head of a 7 year contract.
We're filing complaints with the BBB, VA Attorney General's office, FCC, etc. But, I highly doubt any results will come of that. I already corresponded with Sprint's complaint department. They keep claiming there was a verbal 2-year agreement. When I asked for proof, I was actually ignored! They never responded.
Talk about lousy customer service! This weekend I'm writing a letter to the editor to the local newspapers to warn other consumers about Sprint's business practices.
