SPRINT PCS - RPM COLLECTIONS ripoff POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT DES MOINES Iowa
I was with sprint pcs for over a year, when I noticed a 12.00 charge on my fiancee's credit card which was not authorized. I called customer service and after the Rep admitted that they were in error, he hung up on me!!,...
I called back, and of course you can't just get some one on the phone you have to go thru the whole phone screen non sence again. When I got another CSR (cutomer service rep) on the phone I asked for a supervisor as I had recorded the previous conversation that I had. I was told I can't speak to a supervisor until I explain to her why, which I did, at which time she advised me that as long as I'm recording the call I will not get any one on the phone and she hung up on me....
Again I called back went through all the screening BS again and this time instead of a customer service supervisor. I was sent to the collections department (my account was current) and proceeded to get verbally abused by some woman who claimed to be a collection supervisor. I asked her for customer service supervisor and was told not going to happen and she hung up on me.
I wrote a letter to Sprint complaint department, advised them i had canceld my cell phone account, and would not do business with them again as they advertise "warm Friendly Customer Service" and don't back it up. I advised them I would pay my final bill less the 12.00 charge, and less the 150.00 early cancellation fee as they did not keep to their contact agreement once I received a corrected bill.
What I got was nothing,..no call, no letter, no apology... What I did get was a phone call from RPM collections, who won't let you talk, finish a sentence, and will not adhere to the FDCPA law when advised not to call me at my work, they continue to do so. SPRINT is a ripoff.. once they got your money they could care less about the customer...
