THE FIRST TIME I CALL SPRINT PCS TO SIGN UP FOR SERVICE AND THEY GAVE ME A RATE OF 149.99 FOR UNLIMITED CALLING PLAN. AND I MADE SURE TO RECORD THE CALL CONVERSATION AND MADE SURE TO REPEAT THE RATE SO MAY TIME, YET WHEN THE BILL CAME I WAS BILLED FOR 199.99,

I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE TO THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID, IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THEY WERE SORRY ABOUT IT. THE SECOND TIME I WHEN TO SPRINT PCS STORE AND SIGNED UP FOR THE UNLIMITED WIRELESS INTERNET AND THEY GAVE ME A RATE OF 44.99 AND I HAD A CONTRACT SAYING THAT, YET WHEN THE BILL CAME THAY CHARGED ME 59.99 .

I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY WERE SORRY ABOUT AND THEY CAN NOT DO ANY THING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT SEE THE CONTRACT. THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SPRINT PCS STORE AND TALK TO THEM OVER THERE. IS THE STORE THAY SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THEY ARE SORRY ABOUT IT. EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE CONTRACT, I END UP CANCELLING THE SERVICE BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT DO ANY THING ABOUT IT. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SPRINT PCS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY
