I have made complaints with the FTC, SEC, & ect. Now people are calling me back making me offers to try to resolve this. Come to find out Sprint put other charges on there I didn't know about. I called and cancelled my phone in June. Come to find out Sprint did not cut off the phone until July and to make it so bad they are saying I made calls during this time after I called & cancelled the phone myself. Now this is a rip off I didn't even touch that phone after June. I know this because after I cancelled with them I went and got an account with T moble. So why would I use they sprint phone when I cancelled it and went directly to T moble.
