Sprint PCS Ripoff liars who hang up on the customer I was accused of Fraud lying and they ended up wrong abused & mistreated Detroit Michigan
Got phone service. Asked them to figure out why I couldn't see how many minutes I used. Called back over 4 times to follow-up. Ticket number lost and no final answer after numerous months.
They switched my name on the account to my wives. They then claimed she set the account up before I even knew her, called her a liar. Said she went into a store with my former boss and showed a fake id card. Threatened me with a credit agency. Then wanted me to go into their store on my time to fix their error (if it was their error). I told them I didn't have time and they will have to fix it themselves. I was too busy dealing with Network busy signals, dropped calls, network outages, and voice mail outages to deal with another problem of theirs.
I filed a fraud report against them. They fixed the account then when my wife called up and asked them about her name being on my account. I asked for an apology for slandering our family so badly. They hung up on me.
It is a shame that they can hold your credit above your head. I wanted to tell them to eat their bill, but I also don't want a credit agency 'hunting' me down.
In conclusion, they will say anything they have to. Know what their limitiations are in terms of what they can do to fix the problem up front. Then figure out your game plan. They will waste your time spinning you in circles.
