Sprint PCS Ripoff Con Artists with Incompetent Employees Fort Worth Texas
I have been with Sprint for over 5 years. It seems that I started having problems with them about 2 years ago. Their network probably got too large to meet the clientele. Same thing happened to AOL. Nevertheless, when I upgraded to a newer phone with more "bells and whistles", the problems started. The calls would be dropped. Sometimes, the phone would not ring - The call would go straight to my voicemail. Later, I would find out that I had received voicemail, but my phone would not notify me until an hour later. All this time, I would waste my time calling the Sprint technicians, who would ask scripted questions; such as, how long have you had the phone and were you in a tunnel when the calls were dropped. They would recommend that I take the phone in for a software update. What a cop out!
I b****** so much that they replaced the Samsung N400 and it still gave me problems. I called tech support and they recommended a software update. I told them they had updated it, when the phone was ordered. I tried to get out of the contract, but the $150.00 penalty is there way of sucking you dry. I believe the problem was the phone all this time, because the other cellular service providers are also having alot of customer issues. I may try a newer phone, but I will not commit to over 1 year contract. One thing I noticed about the Sprint customer service. It's getting like Taco Bell. They just need a warm body that'll accept bread and water for wages. I want to report them to the BBB, but it would be a waste of my time. They'll get theirs, unfortunately the only ones that will pay will be the laid off poor humans.
