Sprint Pcs cell phone rip off Grand Praire Texas
Sprint does not stand behind the warranties on their phones. I purchased a sanyo RL-4920 phone in june 2005. I started having trouble with it in oct. This phone has a 1 year warranty.
I was told that the phone showed signs of corrsion that they thought was due to moisture damage. This phone has never gotten wet. They said it could be caused by sweat while the phone was in my pocket or being over charged or from changes in humidity while the phone was in my car.
While I was at the store 5 other people came in with problems with their phones and all were told the same thing. Also tried to get the phone # and adress for the phone manufacturer and sprint refused to give me this info.
