My husband is in the last three months of his contract with Sprint PCS. Thank God for that. It didn't get off to a good start when they charged our credit card SIX TIMES for the same ONE phone and I had to kick, scream and stamp my feet, not to mention make a nuisance of myself, to get that straightened out. Now, they have lost not one payment, but two..both made on THEIR telephone payment system.

Today, he gets a text message to call and is immediately forwarded to collections,who demanded a "check by phone." He produced the confirmation numbers given when he did pay by our Visa debit card. The little twit told him "I'm not concerned about THAT. You need to pay in full today or we will temporarily disconnect you at midnight." I got on the phone and told her that in addition to the numbers, I had a hard copy of the transactions from the bank, showing Sprint PCS, his account number, approval/confirmation, etc., at which time she hung up on me. We called back, got someone else and asked for a fax number and have faxed both.

Not only does the customer service totally suck, lately, so does his reception. Approximately 50% of the time, he cannot call out and no one can call in because of "no signal."

I switched to T-Mobile in June and am thrilled to death with them, so my husband will also be switching over. Sprint PCS will NOT be missed.
