Sprint Pcs Dishonest salesman and customer service reps nobody can get the companies policies in agreement. London Kentucky
I became a sprint customer in febuary last year. I was told by the salesman that they would be reporting my payment history to the credit bureaus.You see I am young and have not established credit and would like to. I called about eight months later when I had my creeit ran and saw no report from them they tolf me they dont report it and whoever told me that was wrong.
I had changed the amount of min. I got in april just after I got the service. I am ready to change companies would like to terminate my contract and recieve my 125 dollaar deposit back. I was told two months ago my contract was up in febuary and the other day I found out its not up until april.
On top of all that my cell phone was damaged and that stupid company Lock Line charged me a 35 dollar non-refundable (just like another person who filled here) they first sent me a phone that didn't even work and then they didn't send the ship back packaging like they wer suppossed to. I was also told by the same salesman if I paid the 4 dollars a month I would get a FREE replacement phone.
I have always been on time making my payments and asked about getting another line and the rep told me well you wont be eligible until after 1 year and the salesman told me nine months.
So I am stuck in my contract for two more months or I forfeit my 125 dollars or I could say F*** the money and change cause I am sick of being overcharged ever month.
