Sprint is definitely a rip-off just like each report on this site mentions. I had a $150 refund coming after a year of service where our deposit was to be returned. IT TOOK OVER 8 months and the BBB to get a call back from Sprint.

Then they promised that 'the check was in the mail". Two more months went by (with many calls to sprint in between). The only way I finally got a response from them was sending a complaint to BBB. When Sprint finally sent a letter (believe it or not, with some contact names and numbers), I called them, played back some recorded conversations I had with some of the 'found on the street reps', and finally Sprint refunded my money (meantime, since then, I was still in a contract for about 6 more months).

During the remainder of my contract, my cellular service "mysteriously" has gotten worse! I dont get any direct calls, they keep rolling into voice mail (get this, the rolled calls into voice mail doesnt ring my phone until half-day to next day!!!... I've tried it myself and couldnt believe it when I called my phone and never got the ring, or the voicemail response untel next day).

Ive complained to SPRINT and got the usual run - around. There HAS go be a better cellular service out there . Any suggestions?

As a retail customer service rep for this company, i'd like to say that it is unfortunate about the run around the customer care advocates gave you. Since that problem was already rectified let's get on with your phone issue. Sprint doesn't "mysteriously" make your calls go to voicemail or make your phone stop ringing. Phone's are electronics that can go defective which might be your case. Take your phone to a Sprint Store and have a tehnician look at your phone. They can usually fix the problem and if they can't your phone will be replaced at nocost to you as long as you still have a warranty on the phone which is up to a year from your purchase date. So just get your phone checked. And if you do decide to do that, don't take out your frustrations on the store reps. They have nothing to do with any rebates or credits due.
