Sprint PCS has for years ripped off customers. They add charges to your account and pretend to research them when asked, however, they won't contact you with any information, they will only continue to add late fees and other charges and send you bills.

My experience is they trumped up charges for my account, the trick is they don't bill you for all of your calls in one cycle, they hold off on some of them so they can add them in to the next pay cycle, this many times will put you over your limit and allows them to charge you extra fees. Is there anybody else who's had this problem?

I have spoken to many who have cancelled their service after paying off astronomical bills, only to decide to reactivate and be told that they still owe money. I was charged 346.57 for calls made in one month (impossible since all my relatives live in the same town with me and I don't have that many friends that I call since they live here too and I can call them on my home phone. I was sent to Allied Interstate, Inc. and paid the bill in full. When I called to find out how to reactivate, Sprint PCS tells me I still owe 100.00, then they tell me my actual bill was 594.00 and some of it was written off in order to send me to collection. When I asked for a history, I was told they only go back a year. When I asked for a supervisor, I was hung up on. How's that for service? If you've had trouble, report it so we can stop the madness!!!
