sprint pcs the business that doesn't give a d**n ripoff fake mail rebates union county New Jersey
Sprintpcs, a very large renounced company, has several products marketed in mail-rebate and i strongly believe they are a fraud company and should be sued.
I bought a mobile in march, 2002, which has a mail rebate of 70$. They say they sent the cheque on 8th June and i did not receive it. So they recall the cheque and send it again on 8th after my complaint. Again I did not receive ( US mail service beware everyone points their fingers at you) They blame it on the US postal service ( they cannot send it be courier like UPS / Fedex as it is against company policy - can u beat it)or the regular shipping ( I dunno what it is!) they are sending the merchandise for the last 3 months to me and it is still sailing ( god knows where!!) Also they will not adjust this mail rebate against the bills as it is against their business practices. ( cheap tricks)
I hope this forum takes these complaints and file a legal suit against these law offenders ( always we can pitch in for this good cause)
Or the US Mail Service should intervene and have a legal binding that these should only be sent with certified mail so that the US mail can have a say in these matters.
I hope the Govt comes out with strong measures against these scum companies.
