While Jose offers some good ideas, I would ask that you call RPM escalation department as they will work with you to resolve this matter. They can be reached at 888-838-5123 R Polus

I did and they settled with me. Their phone would not work inside my apartment. Also google Sprint Sucks and their is a website out there that tells consumers to fight back against sprint. Google bud hibbs and cut and paste RPM a Cease communication letter in that letter be sure to state that you will not recoginize a collection agency and that you will deal with the original creditor should circumstances warrant. Then file a complaint with the Amercian Collectors Association and FTC against RPM. File a complaint with the FCC against Sprint. File a BBB complaint in their home state Mo. against Sprint. You will be hearing from the bbb soon. They will probally accept your offer because they do not want any more bad pubilicity. Or you could file a police report and tell them Sprint commited fraud by stating their service would work in your house, and take that to Sprint, and the Credit Reporting Agencies and then your debt would be elimated my friend did that.
