Sprint Billing Fraud Calls For Integretel ripoff illegal false charges lied about policy money STOLEN!! Kansas City Missouri
I have a 16.00 charge on my sprint bill for a 4 minute call made from my phone # when nobody was home!! I was told when I called to have it removed by employee named Christina that it would not be removed I HAD to pay for it or my service would be disconnected.
The Sprint bill clearly states you can dispute incorrect calls and your service CANNOT be shut off,so which is it? This is the first stop for my question next will be my states attorney general and any fraud departments I can find to report this to.

First of all, anyone who does business with sprint is a dumbass in my opinion! I had there service several years ago and got billed for calling customer service when my calls got dropped! The customer service is the worst and they really don't care about your bill. I personally know and wittnessed that several of the sprint employee's are using illegal drugs in Kansas City Missouri and Overland Park Kansas, they test the employees when the hire them but not during the course of employment. I have sucessfully switched everyone I know using sprint services to another provider. I personally switched to Verizon and they even gave me two months free service to switch from Sprint.
