Very recently, after 14 yrs with #Verizon, I switched to #sprint, to take advantage of their iPhone forever plan, as well as save a few bucks. This is a quote, written by a #sprint store sales rep. ONE month later, trying to utilize the promotions that I signed up for, only to find out, I'm not eligible. #Sprint hasn't learned what the power of social media can do! I've wasted HOURS on the phone with your reps, some who don't speak English! Lies and lip service are awful! #SprintIsAwful #RipOff

I was given this "quote" for a certain plan, which I have not received. My contract is for a certain plan, which I am not getting. Name calling, what are you 12?!

Did ums not get whatums wanted?? Jeez!! Social Media this, YOU AINT BRIGHT!!! Just from your notes i DO NOT see ANYTHING that says that what is on that paper is a quote for service. I see a price, I see a address. I DO NOT see WHERE a Sprint rep SUPPOSEDLY wrote ANYTHING down for you. For all we know YOU are just trying to WEASLE OUT of your contract. Get over yourself!!! if YOU couldnt be bothered to STOP AND READ what YOU WERE SIGNING then YOU get to LIVE WITH IT!!!! Its ALL TOO LATE!!!! Your "socialism" has NO POWER!!!!!YOU ALREADY SIGNED THE CONTRACT!!!!!A quote for a price is just BASE INFORMATION!!!! Something for YOU to kinda work with. Its NOT carved in stone. It IS effected by what YOU want to do. What I find funny is that 40GB. Sprint has had UNLIMITED DATA for quite a while. So are YOU saying that a sprint rep wrote down a GIG amount?? If so its awful funny how it ALL looks like the same handwriting. Did YOU just speak with someone on the phone for your quote?? YOU probably did and THEY told YOU that to get your final amount YOU would have to go into a store or contact customer service. As a Sprint customer I can say they have messed up a few times. BUT NOTHING IS PERFECT NOT EVEN YOU!!!! So odds are that YOUR post is a crock of crap and YOU are suffering from buyers remorse. That Verizon offered YOU a better deal AFTER you signed the contract and NOW wish to take advantage of that deal but are STUCK due to your inability to wait. So instead of just comming right out and saying it, YOU beat around the bush trying to ACCUSE them of wrongdoing thinking that THEY will let YOU out of the contract that YOU signed because YOU threaten them on a ripoff site with your use of social media to cause THEM harm. GET OVER IT PRINCESS!!!! YOU ARE TRANSPARENT!!!!!! LIVE WITH THE CHOICES YOU HAVE MADE AND STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE!!!YOU have in no way been ripped off. YOU just dont qualify to use that service. which means that IF you dont qualify then YOU have some of the worst credit out there. So because of YOUR inability to pay your bills, THEY are monsters for NOT allowing YOU to screw THEM over by YOU getting a new iphone. Maybe if YOU had paid your bills and didnt welch out on YOUR financial responsibilities YOU wouldnt BE in this situation. All YOU are is a #SCAMMER who got caught.

I hate to break this to you, but what you have is a bunch of notes on a piece of paper.  I could get a 3rd grader to write up a better "quote" than what you posted.

Now, I am not saying that they did or did not give this to you as a "quote", but even if they did what matters is on the actual contract that you signed.  So was whatever you are claiming you don't qualify for(perhaps the 23% discount) on the contract?

Also, what is the reason you are given that you don't qualify for what ever?

By the way, even though you are trying to infer that you are a social media expert you are aware that the # doesn't really apply to this site(#noob).
