 I ordered the new note 5 when Sprint was offering the free Samsung TV in December. I placed my order online and went thru all of the screens. At the end there was a disclaimer that stated please allow so many weeks for your TV to be delivered. I waited 12 weeks and no TV so I call Sprint. Of course they tell me this promo is over and I was required to register on the Samsung website by January, provide my receipt and so forth. At no time did I ever receive instructions on how to receive the TV and being at the end of my order it online a disclaimer saying please allow the time frame, I ask the rep where and when on the online ordering did it provide the details? Of course I never got a straight answer and the rep just kept talking over me. It's sad since I have been a customer even before they were Sprint and this is how the consumer is treated. Buyer Beware! I am under contract but will be leaving Sprint for their unethical practices!
