Why would they just send out another card and automatically believe that 1) the card they sent originally actually may not work and 2) that you would indeed send the first card back? It only makes good business sense. Or is that the real problem? How do you think any company builds itself up? By just handing out product with wreckless abandon? If that happened, then no company would be in business.
