i had recently signed up to sprintpcs,so far it has benn a compleat nightmare for me. i had to upgrade my plane three times, because every month i was told by a rep that i was constantly going over my minutes. i decide that it was impossible for me to actually go over my minutes evry month, because i only used my phone to make emergency calls. in december i decided that i would get to the bottom of this.

so when my planned changed over, on that day i made a call that lasted for only one minute for the first time, that was the first time using my phone during my new billing cycle, i decided i would call a rep to find out my minutes usage, they told me that i had used 12 minutes out of my cycle.

i told them to tell me the number of call and the duration that i had spent on the call. they told me that i only made one call and i had only spent one minute. so then i ask them to explain the 12 minutes that was used, they could not ( as i expected).

they also told me that they would waive 30 minutes for the inconvience, i told them to shove the minutes up their a*s, sprint has been robbing me left center and right the first day i signed up with them, they have been fradulently billing me charging me for minutes i have not used,thay had also gave me some courtsey minutes and threaten to add them back to my account if i cancelled. the cutomer service rep are the worst ever.

they a disrespectfull, i immediatly tried to cancel and was told that i cannot cancel because i had an outstanding balance, how rediculous. some one need to put a stop to this company they are a complete rip off.
