I've been paying for my solar service that has not been producing for a year. I received an Edison bill for same year in amount of $1882.11. I have been emailing, calling for assistance for three weeks threatening to stop paying my bill for solar in amount of $125.83. I have requested to get Edison money refunded to me as my installer said they'd do. Also I've requested to speak to a manager. When I get a response by email it says my problem will be looked into within 23-48 hours. For three weeks now same response. No one will talk to me about an Edison refund and only way I got a response is because I threatened to stop paying my bill. Which I have.

I have the same situation and as a result had a enormous utility bill from Edison.
Can you tell me how you resolved this issue? What was the outcome. Any help will be appreciated.
