SquareTrade SquareTrade does not fix your device. They Bandit it. Not worth the money. Scam. Internet
SquareTrade is a sham. I bought an accidental damage plan and dropped my computer the cracking the screen and bending part of the metal frame. SquareTrade replaced the screen and bent back the frame damaging it even more. The screen does not even stick fully to the metal frame anymore and they told me " that is the best that we can do. It is only cosmetic." I told them that it is not cosmetic if the screen does not attach to the frame and also they damaged my item even more when they were bending it back into shape. I asked them to replace the frame with a used one from another device or a new one and they refused. They sell the warranty like it will fix your device when they put it back together halfway. I have been out of my device now for nearly 3 weeks waiting for them to repair it after I had to send it back twice. Never will buy another SquareTrade plan. It is not worth the money and they do not care about their customers. I expected better, especially when they advertise they are the number one warranty provider. Lies!!
