I hired Squeeze my leads which is a Lead generating company , they were suppose to provide qualified leads. They required us to pay them in advance I was relucant but they assured me I would be satisified so i paid $1000.00 .They were suppose to qualify the leads once by the telemarketeer and once by the manager (Jared Anthony or Jim Quinn) the leads we received were not qualified some did were not intrested and did not know how we got their number when we called to confirm, some with Alzheimers, stage 4 cancer, low credit score, no shows on pre-set appointments by them, the list goes on and Jim blammed it on Jared it was all Jareds fault , and told us Jared does not work here anymore, Jared calls and says he does work there it and always did . hey would blame it on each other and my sales manager. They would yell at us and tell us we have bad solar consultants because other companies use them We varified it and those Companies who never heard of them There were so many other issues it went on and on It was very stressful. I finally complained to the Better Business Bureau and disputed my Credit Card and was awarded a complete refund after showing them the emails. I feel they were just being spitful by doing this. I tried to look them up on the Internet and they no longer have any they do have other complaints. I encourge you not to use them if you are looking for a lead generating company it was awful.

I had a similar problem with the company I did pay in advance We agreed to pay them for qualified leads but never received qualified leads. We did pay them 1,000.00 in advance. It was such a circus act when we tried to discuss our issues to resolve the problem. Jim Quinn said the same thing Jared does not work for him, he works for Squeeze my leads not Costal Capital. However when we decided to do business together I was on a confrence call with both Jim and Jared neither implied at anytime they did not work together I was lead to beleive I was doing business with both and they worked together for the same company, until Jim called asking for more money for more leads I told him the leads were not qualified.
He insisted that they did their part and he told me that Jared did not work for him h. He worked for Squeese my leads and failed to provide him with quailified leads so they parted ways . Jim was extremly rude. I not resolve anything with either of them. I decided to dispute this with my bank , Once I disputed it with my bank Jared called me yelling at me and threatening me I would regret this and he would slander my company name everywhere!!! The whole thing was very exhausting and unprofessional This scam must be very common with these companies I had the same senerio with another lead company they told me the same story the guy I was working with th no longer worked there they could not provide the leads or return the money since he worked for another company.ave finally learned neve pay in advance and also do a back round check.

Ericka,
I'm not aware of any agreements or complaints from Summerwind Solar regarding Squeeze. I have no email communication from anyone at your company, nor have any agreements on file, or collected funds.
I've tried emailing you, but haven't received any response. I'm assuming you must be referring to some other company, or else you would have responded to my message. Please clarify exactly when you thought you were working with our company, and I'll research it.
We NEVER charge up front for lead services. On lead generation, our policy is to ONLY charge after work has been performed. At that point, you would have received an invoice, and your payment would indicate your satisfaction with our work. That is the only way we collect funds for lead generation, in arrears.
If anyone wants to charge you up front for lead generation, generally they're not reputable and they're just trying to get your money. We put our money where our mouth is and we won't take on a project unless we know we can knock it out of the park. We're not worried about getting paid, because we deliver in advance.
Please let me know if you have any other issues or concerns.
Thank you,
Carson

The person and company responsible for your complaints are listed below. They have never worked for our company, and never represented our company in any official capacity. We did have a short business development relationship for a period of WEEKS, until we found out what they were up to. They were using our reputation to write contracts, and collected funds using their own merchant and bank accounts. Upon learning of their actions, we immediately terminated our relationship. They are the people responsible for the leads you purchased, and the funds you sent.

Frances,
I just think it's important to note that I had multiple phone calls with you regarding this situation, and I never heard anything back after our last communication. I gave you my mobile number, you could have called me anytime.
Just to be clear, these are the facts. Jared is not an employee of our company, nor has he ever been. Jared works for Coast Capital, who you paid money to. You were working with an independent contractor, and the money you paid was not even to our company. We did not take one penny from you. There was no agreement in place between our companies, nor on behalf of this other contractor. I'm glad that you ultimately did receive your money back, and I worked extensively on my end to get Jared to cooperate, but in the end it sounds like you had to take more aggressive action.
I take personal offense that I'm wrapped up on this whole debacle. Unfortunately you are stating that we ripped you off, charged your card and you were able to get a chargeback. I just need to be clear, that we never charged you, you paid another company these funds, and I tried my best to help you in that situation.
I wish you the best in the future, and hope you don't have any more situations like this again. In the future, please make sure whoever you send money to is reputable, and you have an agreement in place with an authorized executive of that company.
