SST - Systems & Services Technologies SST This company took over or bought out my previous lender on or about July of 2009. A payment was automatically drafted in June 2009 from SST and they did not credit my account. St. Joseph, Missouri
SST took over my previoud car loan lender. Since July of 2009 they automatically drafted a payment from my bank account and did not credit my account. After that I did not receive notification that SST would now be the business that I was dealing with or that they now owned my car loan.
My bank account had not been drafted like I had previously arranged with my previous lender and I had no idea what was happening. I tried calling my previous lender several times and sent a payment by mail which was returned to me.
Two months later in October of 2009 I finally heard from SST because they sent someone to my house to let me know that my car was going to be repossed and gave me number for me to call SST. I then called SST to try to make arrangements, like move one payment back and I could send a payment so that I would be current and that way we could make a fresh start and I could continue paying my car loan.
Well the "customer service rep" would not hear of it. And demanded the total amount due. I stated please work with me I really need my car and want to continue paying on it I just really need your help with moving one payment back and I can send you a payment at this time this way we both win. I get to keep my car and you all get your monthly payments.
The "customer service rep" stated its okay if you don't pay we are going to reposses your vehicle and sell it and you will be responsible for the outstanding balance therefore we will win no matter what.
Wow! How can these people get away with all this. It seems to me like they are tyrants and we better do what they say or else we will suffer the consequences. I have never dealt with such obnoxious, condescending people in my life.

I can't agree with the comments regarding SST, after our account being sold as of October 2009 to SST, we have had nothing but problems, this company mails loads of letter as well as dozens of phone calls a day even calling on Sunday!!! This company keeps stating that everytime I make a payment that they are putting it towards a payment that they are stating I missed, however I have the bank statements as well as the payment history from the previous lender, SST refuses to use this as proof that I'm not late and haven't been late with payments, I'm at a point where I don't know what to do becuase they threaten to take our car even though we have proof we are not behind nor haven't been late! I'm so tired and stressed over the herassing phone calls all day, everyday of the week!!! I thought that calling so many times a day was against the law!! What rights do we have anymore!!!
