My son goes to St Anne’s Long Day Care Centre which is supposed to provide care and education for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. On my day off, I did an im promptu visit to my son. I was so shocked to see scratches on his face. One of the staff members told me that he started a fight with a girl and the girl scratched him in defence. I explored the centre for a bit and noticed that the toilet is filthy and clogged. When I went back to my son, his arms now had pinch marks. I said nothing but angrily grabbed him and his things and left. Later when I asked him, he said tearfully that the boys and girls in the centre made fun of him and hurt him. I tried not to let him see my pain and called the centre the next day. I informed them what my son told me and demanded my money back. They wanted me to give them another chance but there is no way I would put my son back there.
