Stacie Trageser Took my money and disappeared Baltimore, Maryland
I obtained Stacie in April here it is now October, and still nothing! I call her she dont answer I leave messages she dont return my calls I send her texts messages in a panic and I get a "I will call you later" but never does then I will call and it says the subscriber you are trying to call is not accepting calls at this time. She is absolutely a rip-off! So now I am out of that money and have to try to figure out a way to obtain a new lawyer! She takes advantage of people! I went to her office and they haven't seen her in weeks. She is absolutely the worse person ever. I cant believe she took money and haven't done anything! And now on top her missing so is the other party!

I am so sorry this is happened to you. You will probably need to file a lawsuit against her to get your money back. Better than malpractice, file a complaint for breach of contract. Save the communications you have from her, the text messages that say she will call you later. Also make sure you keep your phone records showing that she never did call you. You can also subpoena the assistant that told you they haven't seen her in weeks. Depending on the amount of money that you gave her you may even be able to file it in small claims court. Breach of contract can be handled in small claims in most states. You can also file a complaint with the bar- She sounds like she's in breach of multiple ethics violations. Good luck!
