My name is Rebecca I started working as a driver for Stagecoach Express since the middle of the summer of 2018.  This is the worst business Ive ever worked for.  The first time I seen a problem but didnt react or leave was when a driver accidentally hit a pole with the vans and the owner LLoyd Dillon took 1000.00 from her check to pay for the damage caused by her.  It was to pay for the insurance deductible but never got repaired. 

I can tell you that the business practice they use are the most horrible.  He knew that the brakes were bad on a van and didnt care to repair them until they were metal to metal, the air was out on one of the vans and he didnt care to repair it.  Tdhey would drive with one headlight for weeks at a time because they have no service person, it was upo to the driver if they wanted them fixed. He ahd the brakes repaired at 2 a.m. before a inspection from a.d.o.t. and asked me if I knew anyone that could repair them before they came in the morning, of course stupid me had them repaired by my mechanic so he could pass inspection.

The transmission was bad on the van that my husband drove and he literally took 500.00 from his check and then fired him and said he was nice enough to leave him 235.00.  Little did I know he was taking the rest of the money without my consent and against the Arizona labor laws out of my checks since the month he fired my husband.  They have not paid my wages since february 14th of 2019.  

I was told that on February 14th he ( Lloyd the owner) would call me when he calmed down.  This was becaseu the night before I worked from 8 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. I had picked up 4 passengers at the airport and a small dog ran into the mini van I had no time to react and all I heard was thump thump under the mini van.  I knew I should of stoped the van and called a cab for them becasue it started driving different. 

It felt like the tire was messed up. after I called dispatch and told her I needed to change vans so I can finish the rest of my scheduled pick up, I traded with another driver and he drove it to the airport where we park our vehicles.  When I finished I called a mechanic to check what was done to the van and the mechanic reversed it and the tire came off.  So he blamed me and decided that he would call me back when he calmed down. 

I have kept in touch with the office and they have told me I could find out about my hours through a website.  Anytime I try to access it the information is incorrect they dont know me.  Great 7n days go by no check.  The next pay period when they get direct deposit was March 1, 2019 aqnd they failed to pay me . 

I want to get paid for my salary I worked hard for my money and dont think its right that he thinks he can just keep employees money and nothing haoppen to him.  I paid for anti freeze oil and lights for the van submitted my reciepts and did not get reimbursed for my receipts.
