Stain Safe ripoff ripoff business from hell internet
One year ago we purchased a leather sofa and love seat and paid$200 for the Stainn safe "Protection" warrentee. It is to protect you against tears rips stains etc. Less than a year after purchase both the sofa and love seat had splits on the side of the cushions and the sofa cushions were flat.
I filed a claim with stain safe and two months later all they have done is sent out an upolsterer to look at my furneture. When I called I was told they would mail me materials and when I got them to call tnem back and they will send some one out to fix it.
I told the arrogant rude csr that was unaCCEPTABLE AND i WANTED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. sHE OF COURSE SAID ONE WASN'T AVAILABLE.
I called the store where I purchased the furneture and they called stainsafe and found out that the upolsterer that worked the claim had recommended that the furneture be replaced and that stain safe was trying to get by on the cheap.
Well this time it did not work. I am now to have a store credit with in the next five days and can go and pick out anything I want.
If these lousy rip-off dogs try this with you do not hesitate to call the store when you bought it and get satisfaction. If the store values you as a customer they will intervene.
