Stain Safe Levitz furniture tricked and lied to us Sacramento California
I purchased a Stain Safe warrenty through Levitz furniture at the time that I purchased a bedroom set. When the bedroom set was damaged during moving, I contacted Stain Safe and was strung along for several months before someone was finally sent out to my home to look at the damage. Weeks passed and I heard nothing, so I finally called Stain Safe, and they informed me that the paperwork had been lost by the technician, and they would have to come out again. I have still not heard anything. I filed the cliam nearly a year ago, and Stain Safe has yet to back their claim.
