Stainsafe And Grand Furniture Total Rip off will not honor warrantee Virginia Beach Virginia
When my leather couch was delivered it was beautiful. One day I pulled it out from the window where the delivery guys put it and I noticed that the leather was scared up behind the couch. I call Grand furniture and they told me I had to call Stainsafe which is the only company that Grand Furniture uses to insure you furniture. I explained the situation to Stainsafe and they mailed me more leather to cover my couch. I guess they wanted me to have the work done at my own expense because they never came out to fix it. I have called numberous times and they make appointments but never showed up. The last time I called I was told my warantee expired. What a useless company and waste of my money.
