Yeah, I know this has got to be getting old!!!! And I feel for everyone that has endured the same problems!! Today it is now October 2nd, 2006 almost been a year.and Still have gotten anything. I'll be making a call in the next few days. I wonder what I'll hear this time??? Please anyone what do we do? this is just wrong!!! we need to shut them down.

Well, anyways I ended with contacting Stainsafe with 14 days if Tech. is need well Duh not everyone knows how to Upolstry. Guess what I never received it called claims and guess what this time they tell me that the store I bought the furiture at was not accepting my claim to use towards new furniture.that I would have to accept a cash settlement I went to the retailer discussed it with them come to find out that Stainsafe has pretty much screwed them also on claim and until they get paid they will not accept anything new. Decided to go with cash settlement. At that time when I was at Economy Warhouse talking with Ron he agreed that once I recieved my check They will give me a $200 trade in allowance plus the credit from the purchase of the Warranty. Called claims again.. advised them I wanted my check!!! This time I hear, we'll be mailing you out a form that your mother needs to sign and have notorized. Got her done the fastest I could. Sent them back certified again I hear nothing for a couple of weeks so I once again decided to call them again to check on the status. I'm told yet the third time it will take 8-12 weeks to process. DEADLINE: Setember 22nd, 2006. Of course I haven't seen it yet.... To be Continued
