Stanley Barber money back guarantee not honored ripoff San Jose California
I am having the same problem reported earlier by Reese and Vivvie.
After working with StanleyBarber for a year and not being placed in a job as promised, I asked Al Chiara for my money back as promised in the contract I had entered into. I was told that I hadn't prepared my materials in a timely fashion and not been meeting with my career coach according to his records. I told him that I had been meeting every week with my career coach and since I had entered the job search phase, I had been coming in twice a week.
Al told me he would not give me back my money and that I had three options:
a) to sue him in small claims court (which from the looks fo Reese's and Vivvie reports may be a futile effort),
b) to leave, or
c) to work with him another two months.
At present, it seems that I don't have much choice since the company may declare bankruptcy again to avoid paying a court settlement. One option may be to network with those persons who have been treated in a similar manner in order to find a job.
