Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint!


 


Dear Staples Executive:


 


Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!


 


How is your day today in sunny Framingham, Massachusetts and/or wherever else You are in the World?


 


My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at approximately 6:00 p.m., I visited the Staples store located at:  


 


1701 South Figueroa Street,


Los Angeles, California  90015  (213) 746-6330 and did Not Have A Very Good Staples Shopping Experience At All!


 


I needed to get two (2) binders for a personal project and the lines to ask for Help from the Very Front Counter during my Whole Shopping Experience were Incredibly Long as You Can See In The Pictures!


 


Not only that, but they Only Had One Cashier Handling All Of The Customers from that Very Long Line as well and Your Female Cashier did absolutely Nothing for ME despite the Condition Of My Right Foot which she noticed in Perfect View that it was Totally Bandaged and I Currently Have Trouble Walking.


 


Did she offer ME a Chair To Sit Down or even Bother To Bring ME To The Front Of The Line To Further Assist ME?


 


Answer:  Obviously Not because she Does Not Care About The Customers!


 


I did eventually get the HELP that I Needed by somebody else, obviously, however, the HELP did Not Come Right Away!  Trust ME On That One!


 


It Does Get Much Worst Than That!


 


While I was over by one of the counters near the Printing Department, I saw one of the Most DisgustingGrossest Things in my Life!


 


I saw a Cockroach that was Crawling On My Very New Binders and I Pushed It Off and it just Came Right Back!


 


I did tell Your On-Site Store Manager about it and she did Nothing About It!


 


I eventually Killed It and I Honestly Felt So Sick To My Stomach To Be Dealing With A Problem That Is Your Problem and Hopefully Not Mine!


 


Gross!


 


I Just Can Not Believe What I Had Just Experienced In Your Store!


 


I Received Very Bad Service and Saw Cockroaches Running Around Your Store that I did Not Bring In For Your Information!


 


Last, but Not LeastYour Very Same Exact Cashier Did Nothing About ME Standing In That Very Same Line Not Once, but Twice and When I Was Paying For My MerchandiseYour Disgusting Cashier Had The Bloody Nerve To Want To Charge Me .10 Cents Per Bag.


 


I Said No Thanks and Just Paid For The Merchandise And Got The Hell Out Of There.


 


Do You Honestly Think I Want To Go Back To That Store Based On This HorribleNegative, Staples Shopping ExperienceOverall?


 


Absolutely Not!


 


Thank you, but No Thanks!


 


Your Store Needs Some Work In EtiquetteCustomer ServiceHygiene and Cleanliness!

Your receipt shows no $0.10 per bag charge as you claim you were charged.

The chances of the Cockroach being taken from inside the store in the circumstances you claim is about zero.
