I purchased a Epson RX-500 photo printer and it was supposed to allow me to recieve a $50.00 rebate. I filled out all papers PROPERLY and kept copies for myself. As I checked the Staples.com website to see my status of my rebate to my surprize I saw invalid UPC label. What? How could that be I sent the one on the box!!

I contacted Staples.com numerous times got no help.. I called my local store the manager told me to bring my papers to the store.. I signed a paper he made asking for my refund. Still I have seen nothing. This smells scam to me.. An easy way to make people buy promise them money back. I wanted to return my printer because the deal was not honored but Staples would not take it back. I will not make purchases at Staples anymore they have crossed me the wrong way. I would not suggest anyone else give them your business there are other nice stores who honor their customers without resorting to decieving their customers buy promising them false rebate claims.
