Dear sir/madam;
We got qute for moving our household goods from them in the end of April, 2004. It was for a total of $3440.00. My update the goods list over the phone with Ms. Sindy and then she promised to send the udated list by mail and fax to us. She would not send the updated list until Sindy said my wife sends her OK to ship our household items.
They did not pack all of our house hold items, such as two floor fans, bunk bed matress, electric heater, shoe rach, video tape rack, cofee table and two medium size boxes of kitchen items.
It is very painful experience to deal with this company. Please help! Please help!
Our Move date was: pickup: 5/28/2004 delivery 6/10/2004

This company low balled us and would not send us an updated inventory list. They could not pickup all household items. Now they are demanding $5900.00, The initial quote was for $3400.00. The total cost we paid was $5900.00 and got delivery on 7/1/2004 when it should have been 6/10/04 as they promised. Then driver wanted more money to put items in the house, the driver did not assemble furniture also. They dumped our stuff quickly in the garage. And also at the pick up address they trashed our many house hold items because their truck was too small for our stuff, even though the inventory was dicussed over the phone with Cindy of this moving comany. thanks

The Star of David moving company must be put out of business. For heaven sake this company reps are rude and untrustworthy. This company low balled us and would not send us an updated inventory list. They could not pickup all household items. Now they are demanding $5900.00, The initial quote was for $3400.00. This company is not responsible and not trustworthy. Beware of it!!!!
