If you have paid by cc. you should have recourses. look at the back of your cc bills. consumers have protection against faulty merchandise/advertising. if you further on in thi site, photos will undoubtedly baaad. You will never get paid by this company for any so called jobs. I almost got scammed but they didn't get me or my money. But my friend was not so lucky I think these "job" arr not real but just a front to get you in the door. They only make money on the photos. As people wise up they would never show up again. I have yet to see anyone get paid. companies and magazines need to get familiar with what they are doing and linking themselves to this type of company. ANY good reputable agency will work with a digital photo/polariod of the talent. As their clients want to see what they look like without the enhancement of computers or fancy lighting. They and their clients will make money off of the client if the are truely "marketable". Composite or marketing photes are to be colected of a certain persiod of them so they can see what type and range the talent's work is.

Now that I have cooled off, I am going to take responsibility for me actions. I am going to allow my son to go the photo shoot and we will just see what happens. Because this is my husband's idea, I am now giving him full control of this situation. I will update this report when there are results, good or bad!

I have just reviewed the contract that I signed with Starbizz. The contract is dated February 9, 2005. I did not date this contract by my signature. Does any know if in contract law an incorrect date can affect the validity of the contract?
