Starbridgehrs refused to pay a claim Phoenix Arizona
on dec 31st 2003 i signed with this co. for health insurance thru my place of employment which is circle k stores located in port st lucie fl
in jan of 2004 i wasnt getting payrol deductions taken out of my weekly salary when i notified starbridge of this they said they never received my paper work
on jan 20th i faxed over to them the paperwork again at this time they started taking out $32.00 per week retroactive from jan 1st 2004
when i didnt received my medical enrollment card for my wife and i i called them several times and they kept telling me that due to heavy enrollment they were behind
in march i finally received my cards my wife who has osteoporosis then submitted a claim to get a
refund on her perscription on march 15th 2004 it is now june 8th 2004 and still no refund i made at least 20 to 30 calls and i keep getting the runaround either i am told they dont have the proper documents or my wife was no on the plan
after several months of haggeling with the co.
i told them i wanted to cancel and wanted a full refund as i was paying for health insurance and was getting no return or satifaction they told me i could not cancel my
policy till oct of 2004 because that was when
i notified the bbb of arizona my employer could give no satisfied answer i whish you would put this letter over theinternet to let everyone know what a dishonest corp this is and should be investigated by the insurane commision
i feel i am entittled to a complete
refund from jan 2004 as i am paying $97.00per
month for my wifes medication which we certantly could not afford but i have no choiceas she needs this medication or be a cripple
