I have requested to withdraw my money from them over 2 weeks ago, i contacted them in any way possible ( phone, chat, email, spoke with 2 different brokers) and each and eveyone has a different story to tell me. the chat representatives tell me they dont know whats the issues, the broker tries to convice me to keep investing or use thier automated robot, even tho i told them 10 times i do not want anything to do with them and i just want my money back at the end of the conversation they tell you okay will process your withdraw and hang up as fast as they can. thier costumer support telling my withdraw been approved ( even tho i can clearly see that its still in pending mode) and i should have it in my account with in few days.. which i did not.
basically its been over two weeks already of me getting bounced around between thier compny repsentives and getting s* all back
