THIS IS A "ACTUAL" LETTER THEY SEND TO GET YOU TO SEND DOCUMENTS AND FUNDS:

Dear Tom,

Congratulations and welcome to Starling Capital. We are happy to inform you

that your account has been successfully funded.

Starling Capital is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of its clients’ funds.

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, all investors are required to provide

us with the following documents labeling them as the sole owner of the account:

    If you scan the ID and or Credit cards, place them a few inches away from the edge of the

    scanner, this will allow for a perfect scan and no cropping.

    Please follow these instructions to expedite your account verified for trading

Official Identification:

Copy of the FRONT and BACK of your current passport, driver's license, or government issued ID card.

Image must be in color, and easy to read, that is not blurry or poor quality.

All 4 corners must be completely visible. We will not accept expired identifications.

 Proof of address:

A utility bill or bank statement, no more than three months old.

(Your name, billing date and address must be clearly visible.)

An image of a closed envelope will not be accepted as a valid document.

 Credit/Debit cards:

If a credit/debit card(s) was used to fund your Starling Capital account, please provide a color

copy of the front and back of the card(s). ***The entire card must be visible, corner to corner and side to side.

Please do not crop or square off the card. If scanning the card place it away from the edge of the scanner.

- Please leave the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits visible on the front of the card.  

- Please ensure that the signature is visible and the CCV number is hidden on the back of the card.

 Declaration of Deposit (DOD) : - Attached

Please print out, sign where marked by an “X”, date and return document.

 Please print, date, and sign for each deposit made. One signature for multiple deposits will not be accepted. Once you

have completed the form please email it back to our compliance department at your earliest convenience.

***All signatures must be hand signed. A signature “style” typed font will not be accepted as a substitution for 

    a real signature.
