Why is anyone bothering to file class action JUST to get 3 months pay back?
Is this a scam by A-1 themselves to get your address or phone number?
If this was for real then why don't they go for the release of the contract OR to get your credit back after they screwed you so badly?
It doesn't make sense to me.
If anyone can add to this I would be appreciative.
I want to help fight but I quit paying anyway after I saw it was a scam and they never held their end of the deal. So the law suite really won't do me a bit of good. My problem was that I hung in there too long trusting these people. Now they have ruined my credit. I can't get anything on credit now.THanks to these theifs.

Dear Melody, I agree with your followup statement concerning the class action suit. I too don't see how this will help us much by just giving credit for the 3 months. We still have some advantage untill we have payed them any more money. I think A-1 is just trying to get money that they may have already written off as a loss. If A-1 wants money, let them use the debt as a write off. "Personally, I don't plan to pay them JACK," because they defroded us in the first place. Actually, I feel that they owe me for damages that they did to me. If eveyone else feel the same as I, please post your suggestions and or comments here for all to see.

I did some calling around. This is supposedly being done by A-1 leasing and start up essentials and usa credit card or whoever their name is this week..........they are doing this because so many people are sueing them so if they can get everyone to cooperate, then you will never be able to sue them. THIS IS A SCAM by them. Notice to opt out you have to send it to them. That is not right! I was told to not do anything... not opt in or out. That way if they ever try to come back at me because I am not paying them to rip me off again, then I can still turn around and counter sue and I would say that I would win. So to all of your people....... ignore this. It is another one of their scams concocted by one of their own attorneys to save their asses. Also if any of you owe money to one of their aliases that isn't in business anymore, you have the right to quit paying. You don't pay to someone that is not there or is not real. They have to be a business first. You will however get it reported on your credit report but would you rather lose $5,000 or $6000 or have a bad report for a couple of years? Besides, it goes away in a few years anyway. What the hell! I just saved myself a ton of money; money that I shouldn't have ever spent and that the company knew when they did this, was not ever going to do what they said it was going to do. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
