Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Did any of you experience this - the email/pdf file with my "signatures" looks nothing like the document on the screen - same pressure selling (just comlete the ap now, blah blah blah) Has anyone used the Leasebreaker kit ($67) with any sucess? And why won't your banks stop honoring the automatic payments? I will be refusing the computer (due to be delivered today) and will talk with my bank.

This company needs to be stopped.

Leasebreaker kit

#2Consumer Suggestion

Mon, November 20, 2006

My ripoff with USA Card Services and A-1 Leasing started back on 4/2006. I used leasebreakers. I sent complaints to the Attorney General's office of my state and the states of USA Card and A-1 Leasing. I made complaints to the Federal Trade Commission. I closed my checking accts and notified my bank of the fraudulent activity. I also notified the credit bureaus. I then sent the computer back registered mail with a letter informing USA Card of the recognized scam and my complaints at that point. I also told them not yo send the computer back since I would not accespt it. I then sent a certified letter to A-1 Leasing informing them of the recognized scam. I informed them that I was no longer in possession of the lease items and that they could follow up with USA Card. I demanded that my lease be dissolved immediately. I received the certified receipt back with a receiving signature from A-1 Leasing on 11/13. My monthly charge was due to be removed from my acct on 11/14. They ofcourse did not remove it because the acct was closed. They did not attempt to remove it from my personal accts or any of my credit cards as of this point. I am waiting for a lease cancellation letter from A-1 Leasing. If I have not received it by the end of the month I will contact them via phone to verify that they received my certified letter, which I know they did since I have a signed receipt. I will then request the lease cancellation in writting at that time. If they refuse I will then be contacting the Better Business Bureaus and then the media. Watch my rip off report as I will post my results WHEN they happen. Good Luck!
