Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was contacted by Greg, who "screened" me to make sure I was the type of person they wanted. He made a big deal about how I had to convince THEM I was worthy of their support.

He did a credit check based on the length of time I lived at my address. That should have been my first red flag.

I was then connected to Lou Dibella who was really busy but could just fit me in to his schedule. He talked really fast and did not really answer any of the questions I had.

He then said that he wanted to talk to both my husband and me about this and would call at a time more convenient for me. He was late calling back and wanted to know why I never called HIM back.

He again talked really fast and never answered our questions. I stupidly agreed to sign up for this deal.

I started questioning when, after I electronically signed and initialed the online contract, I was able to print a four page NON_CANCELLABLE lease agreement that I had seen none of. I also saw where my signature was electronically put in under phrases such as "...by signing below I certify that I have read & understand...." Guess what??? I had neither read nor understood any of what it said because I HAD NEVER SEEN IT!

A phone call to the company to cancel the contract and an hour long conversation with Paul Gahssemi in which he persistantly tried to convince me how lucky I was to be a part of their program and how successful I could be. As the conversation deteriorated as he tried to fast talk me and constantly interrupted or talked over me, he finally said that he would cancel the contract but I would have to speak to someone else to get written confirmation. He tried to transfer me but all I got was a voicemail. So I left a message.

I did receive a call back from someone and I played phone tag a few times before I finally got to speak to someone. This man was very nice and, while he also tried to convince me how lucky I was to be in this, he did try to answer my questions like they were asked and not double talk to avoid answering.

Ultimately, he told me that since the contract was NON-CANCELLABLE he could not do anything. He did say that if I wanted to have a lawyer look at it, my lawyer could call and he would explain the different details of the contract and why it was non-cancellable. However, he did say something that got the wheels in my head turning.

He mentionaed that some states have a 3-day "change of heart" law that says you can cancel a contract 3 days after signing. He was quick to say that Louisiana was not one of those but the seed was planted. And I did a little research.

Sure enough, Louisiana does have such thing. If you care to peruse it, go to legis.state.la.us and look at LA RS 9:3538.

In the meantime, I had already refused the shipment of equipment they sent. The man I had talked to said that they were going to redeliver the equipment the next day and hoped I would accept it. (By the by, they did not reattempt delivery but sent it back to Dallas!)

I did finally contact a lawyer who suggested I send them a certified letter immediately saying I was cancelling this contract and revoking authorization to withdraw funds from my account. Also, to send a written notice to the bank notifying them of the problem.

I sent the company one and my lawyer sent them a letter stating the same and giving them a respond by date. My lawyer said NOT to accept any equipment they sent and to forward any e-mails or letters to my attorney's office.

So far, I have not heard anything else from them nor has my attorney. I also check my bank everyday to make sure that nothing is withdrawn by them.

DO NOT under ANY circumstances sign up with this company. It is a ripoff and the services they offer are not worth anywhere NEAR the price you have to pay. I have already spent WAY too much time and energy on them and it has killed any interest I have in any "home-based business opportunities" that crop up around every corner.

My advice if you have already signed up and want to get out, look for that 3-day clause in your state's laws and get an attorney on board as soon as possible!
