What are the 3 credit bureaus that you are supposed to write to? I didn't understand about the class action law suit, I would like to go in with people if they can get it together. How do I find the attorney general in my state? Will they actually take you to court? Please contact me.

I consulted this last week with two attorneys who deal with consumer fraud. Their advice was to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office [in your state], close the bank account out of which these companies deduct money so they cannot get further money from you, write to the 3 credit bureaus advising them that you believe the contract involved with this debt is fraudulent due to a scam and that you have closed your account to prevent further financial loss pending investigation by the Attorney General. I was also advised that there are grounds for a class action lawsuit against these companies. The problem with finding a law firm to pursue this, however, is the extreme expense that would be incurred by the law firm undertaking the lawsuit and the risk that the victims financial losses could not be recouped because the money is just not there any longer. I will post updates as I pursue this further. Good luck to all of the victims involved in this!
