I read your complaint and have absolutely no idea how you were ever employed in the first place, much less held from it due to injury. You didn't present a single piece of information that would lead us to believe one way or the other. I understand you are angry, but more information is not only needed for an argument, but also likely in your claim with the company. Where are the facts? Who are the parties involved? Where does the liability rest? What type of injuries? Policy limits? ANYTHING? No, all you said was that you were in an accident and dind't get paid. How are we supposed to decide from that?

I refer to you as a victim, because you are a State Farm Victim. I have been an State Farm Victim, who had an Attorney, who waited for the two year period to expire. Don't wait! My advice to you, get another Attorney. My attorney kept putting me off, until one week before the xmas holiday, he calls me, and lets me know what State Farm offered. (Nothing!) to compare to my injuries. Then he also informed me...if I don't accept, that he will not handle the case in litigation. I had no choice but to accept. My two year limitation ran out during the Holiday season (Courts and Attorneys) are hard to find during this time! Believe it your not, an Attorney can be bought. Dont' wait! Fire your Attorney and get one who will get the job done! Keep copies of all documentation sent to State Farm and yes even record conversations you have with them (adjusters, etc.) Phone conversations are binding in court if you let the other know they are being recorded. See how quick they won't want to speak to you once they know they are on tape.
