State of Idaho and Idaho State Health & Welfare rip-off, mentally, physically abused. They neverdid their job, Governor, Dirk Kempthorne, nor the Attorney General, Al Lance, ..failed to do their jobs
4 years ago my daughters were abused mentally and physically by their natural mother and her boyfriend. The boyfriend sexually assaulted them, the mother "took pictures". I have been fighting all this time to keep my daughters safe and have yet to find justice.
At the time of the abuse the local hospital reported their findings to the police and to Health & Welfare. According to the State of Idaho statutes, there should have been a complete investigation by all reported parties. There never has been a complete investigation and the police refuse to file charges because my girls are so mentally destroyed, it is felt they can not be cross examined by a "defense attorney".
The Idaho State Court system has totally ignored the abuse in favor of the "mothers rights" and for 2 years following the initial "molestation", they were forced to go back into the house where it originally took place every other weekend and were abused repeatedly for those years.
Not the Governor, Dirk Kempthorne, nor the Attorney General, Al Lance, or anyone cared! Finally, supervised visitation was granted, however, still with the perpetrator which has caused untold mental damage to the children. They fear for their safety, and do not want to see her. They are petrified they will be forced to return to her home and further abuse.
The Court system, the police and Health & Welfare have failed to do their job and protect these innocent children from further abuse mentally or physically. A crime has been commited.
We want justice! We want to sue the State of Idaho for it's failure. We want an attorney who has ethics worth something that will file suit and find justice for these girls and all the children of Idaho. Idaho ranks 2nd in the U.S. in child abuse and 47th in doing anything about it. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?
