Count I: the first 91 words / numbers of MCL 750.145c2 - they deleted the last 61 words which demonstrate it was inapplicable for prosecution. NO VICTIM - NO CRIME.
Count II: Using a computer to violate the half statute MCL 750.145d2f How does half a statute provide jurisdiction to activate computer prohibition statute ?
Counts III & IV: Using a computer to violate a partial title ( title has no effect of law, is not part of the law ) of a permanently enjoined statute : 1999 PA 33 which required commercial gain for selling online products . No victim , no commercial gain , no sales or attempted sales - it was inapplicable for prosecution against ANYONE ON tHE PLANET
How does a partial title validly activate computer prohibition statutes?
Does that qualify for Malicious Prosecution, Abuse of Process , Unlawful Detention, Defamation?
The Court refuses to sentence and resentence to the fraud-based plea bargain Counts II and III, they instead sentenced and resentenced to Dismissed Count I for up to 20 years, and Count II to 2-4 years. I have emailed every law enforcement agency that seemed relevant, dropped info off at FBI HQ in Bay City over a year ago, contacted Governor Snyder, AG Schuette, every News Outlet i could find email for, etc etc etc Talk to every clerk at the local cops and to the cops and they do NOTHING but threaten jail/prison if I don't comply to the fraud
