Before these people took over the servicing of my loan I had never been late with a payment. It took months to get a payment to them. They claimed to have been given the wrong tracking number for payments that should have been cleared over two months earlier. They threw in fees to reduce the mount I had sent to below the sum that would meet the payment requirements, and then they put that partial payment into a sort of money jail called unapplied funds. It's waits here to trade places with next months installment which will be incarcerated after making bail for its friend. They announced preforclosure at 67 days late and refused to take any payment that was less than the outstanding balance. This being as hard to establish as it is to submit. I knock down the past due and watch it get up and come after me again and again. I'm shooting at a running zombie.
