Steam Express Bait and Switch carpet cleaning Bellaire, Texas
My $77 coupon suddenly turned in to a $245 charge. They were pushy and rude. Threw heavy furnitur on my expensive bedding and did not put protectors under furniture legs. Wanted me to make 8 copies of invoices for them- then asked for a tip! I have reported it to the company twice. They don't appear to care. STAY AWAY!
