Steel Bridge Medical ripoff fraudulent billing no returns no refunds a dishonest business Las Vegas Nevada
I too, ordered the $6.95 "free trial" of Lipoplex. It arrived in the plain box with no paperwork. On the 15th day after I had ordered, imagine my surprise that my bank account was billed $99.95!
The account was billed on a Friday. I called my bank on Monday. The person to talk to was not in. They returned my call on Tuesday and told me to contact the company. I tried several times on Tuesday and finally reached them after 2:00.
I was told by "Jordan" that this is "a no refund, no return product and that is the way it is."
No, kidding, that is what he said to me. When I asked for a supervisor he told me "I am the supervisor. I will cancel your membership but there will be no refund and the product may not be returned." I did tell him I would be notifying the Nevada Attorney General's Office and he said "ok". I am sure that my letter of complaint will just be added to the very tall stack of complaints they already have against Steel Bridge Medical.
After that conversation with Steel Bridge Medical I called my bank back. I was told I had given out my account number and authorized that company and that the bank can do nothing.
